If you would like to provide the fingerprint to your customers or if you have any questions, please send an email with your details to info@procasting.nl or call us on 00 31-(0)46 4494544.

We have put together a fingerprint set for our dealers so that they can make the prints. A set consists of a number of sample hangers, a clear manual, and materials to take the impression.

Furthermore, we can of course provide an explanation for you free of charge.

We supply you with the material, a special wax ball, so that you can take a good fingerprint of your customer(s). This wax print is the basis for the jewellery. You send it to us and we use it to make the piece of jewelry. We cast using the lost wax method. This means that during casting the wax impression you have made is converted into silver (or another precious metal). The wax print you made will disappear. Upon completion, we will send the jewelry back to you so that you can deliver it to your customer.

Procasting can also handle ink impressions made on paper. You can read here how best to make an ink print.

We can provide additional supporting material. This includes displays, mini grip bags, bracelet size, ring size, case complete with jewelery (we charge a small fee for sample jewellery), case complete without jewellery, ink strips. You can order these via our website. Procasting does not deliver to consumers. We are happy to refer you to a dealer in the area.
